Dear PUSD Parents and Staff:
I wanted to provide an update for our PUSD families and staff. Our hearts go out to the communities near the Pacific Palisades, Eaton, and Hurst fires. We appreciate and support our first responders who are doing an amazing job protecting all our communities.
Here in PUSD, we had damage to two structures from fallen trees but everyone is safe and schools will remain open. Again, we continue to monitor the situation and encourage families and staff to use extra caution when traveling to and from school, particularly in areas prone to falling debris or limited visibility due to dust.
We thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work together to prioritize safety while maintaining a focus on learning.

Fremont Academy's Latina Club brought toys with joy to Madison Scholars!
On December 18th, our AVID students and Latina Club members had the privilege of delivering and handing out 118 toys to Kinder and first-grade students at Madison Elementary! Seeing the pure joy on their faces and hearing their excited “I love it, it’s perfect!” made it all worth it.

Creativity is in full swing at Fremont Academy! Mr.Guerra is leading the way, and graphic design students are learning hands-on skills by designing unique graphics and pressing them onto t-shirts.

AVID Fremont students had an incredible day exploring Cal State Northridge. From campus tours to learning about academic programs, they’re one step closer to achieving their dreams. We are proud to see our future Matadors soaking up the college experience!
